Q. Where is the event going to be held?
A. The event will be hosted at San Jose Center For The Performing Arts in San Jose, California. The address is
255 Almaden Blvd, San Jose, CA 95113. For a map and directions, go to the Upcoming Event page.
Q. Do
you have a seating chart showing the ticket prices and the rows/seat numbers?
A. Yes, it’s under ”Tickets - Upcoming Event” button
under “Seatmap” on our website.
Q. Do
children need tickets and a separate seat to the show?
A. All ages require a ticket and a separate
seat at the San Jose Center For The Performing Arts
Q. Will
there be food sold on site?
A. A reputable Indian restaurant will be selling food at the location. Snacks will be available before the show and dinner coupons can be purchased at the same time. There
wil be an intermission when dinner will be served to patrons who have
pre-purchased dinner coupons before the show. We strongly recommend you pre-buy
the dinner coupons to ensure getting the food and avoiding lines.
Q. What
is a cancellation policy? Are tickets refundable?
A. Tickets once purchased are completely
non-refundable.
Q. How
long is the show time?
A. It will be approximately 3 hours long.
Q. Is enough
parking available?
A. Plenty of parking is available at San Jose convention center garages and at the open parking lots around the theater. The cost for
parking is around $5 for the duration of the show.
Q. Why
is there a separate service fee for online purchases?
A. Online purchase for our events will be via multiple providers like sjtix.com, sulekha.com, desiclub.com etc. There is a service fee charged by individual providers.
Q. What
other options are available for buying tickets apart from online purchases?
A. Tickets can be purchased by calling SB Entertainment directly at (408) 834-7711.
Tickets can also be purchased from
authorized retail outlets, a list of retail outlet stores will be provided in
our “Ticket Info” page.
Q. Are
there service fees for tickets purchased through retail outlet stores?
A. No, there are no separate service fees
for tickets purchased through our authorized retail outlet stores You will be charged the price printed on the
ticket.
Q. What
are the different payment methods accepted while buying from retail outlet
stores?
A. Cash only will
be accepted. Credit cards could be used for online and phone ticket purchase.
